Idag \u00e4r den min trogne f\u00f6ljeslagare, och det k\u00e4nns som att den blir v\u00e4rre och v\u00e4rre f\u00f6r varje minut. Att b\u00f6ja sej ner eller, ve och fasa, g\u00e5 p\u00e5 toaletten \u00e4r en p\u00e4rs. Men en h\u00e4rlig s\u00e5dan, f\u00f6r jag p\u00e5minns om att jag gjorde bra ifr\u00e5n mej ig\u00e5r!<\/p>\n<p>Det var n\u00e4mligen dags f\u00f6r tabata ig\u00e5r, en tr\u00e4ningsform jag k\u00f6rde minst en (ofta tv\u00e5) g\u00e5nger i veckan under tv\u00e5 \u00e5rs tid, men som jag lagt lite \u00e5t sidan dom senaste m\u00e5naderna. Har fokuserat mer p\u00e5 zumba och l\u00f6pning, men faktum \u00e4r att tabata \u00e4r en ganska oslagbar form av styrke- och intervalltr\u00e4ning. Ska verkligen f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka f\u00e5 in det regelbundet i tr\u00e4ningen igen, nu n\u00e4r jag genom dagens tr\u00e4ningsv\u00e4rk f\u00e5tt en p\u00e5minnelse som heter duga om hur effektivt det \u00e4r.<\/p>\n<p>Jag t\u00e4nkte f\u00f6rresten att det \u00e4r dags f\u00f6r en sann tr\u00e4ningsbild igen. S\u00e5h\u00e4r s\u00e5g jag ut efter dagens ut\u00f6kade l\u00f6prunda (9 km ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r sedvanliga 7, nu g\u00e4ller det att gradvis bygga p\u00e5 inf\u00f6r Tough Viking och Stockholm halvmarathon!). Inget photoshopande, inget filter, ingen eftersvettning och ingen uppfr\u00e4schning.
