GARANTERAR!<\/p>\n<p>Varje s\u00f6ndag kl 10.00 h\u00e5ller jag yogapass i mysiga Luxparken p\u00e5 Lilla Essingen. Som all annan yoga \u00e4r det intensivt, utmanande och helt prestigel\u00f6st. Jag har anpassat passen till nyb\u00f6rjare, men om man \u00e4r van yogi bjuder jag naturligtvis p\u00e5 utmaningar ocks\u00e5. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6rra veckan g\u00e4stade Malin fr\u00e5n Gott by Malin\u00a0(www.gottbymalin.se) och bj\u00f6d p\u00e5 gr\u00f6na h\u00e4lsoshots efter passet, och s\u00e5 kunde man k\u00f6pa till rawfood-bakverk + kaffe f\u00f6r en ynka 20-lapp. Kunde inte blivit en b\u00e4ttre \u00e5terh\u00e4mtning efter ett intensivt yogapass! Skulle det vara s\u00e5 att du nu gr\u00e4mer dig f\u00f6r att du missade det h\u00e4r eventet, s\u00e5 misstr\u00f6sta ej!
