G\u00f6tt. Men se till nu att inte stressa in i nya m\u00e5sten. Jag kan sj\u00e4lv fastna i &#8221;solstressen&#8221;, allts\u00e5 en gnagande k\u00e4nsla att jag M\u00c5STE g\u00f6ra n\u00e5got s\u00e4rskilt n\u00e4r solen \u00e4ntligen skiner. D\u00e5 f\u00e5r jag bromsa upp och t\u00e4nka att jag \u00e4lskar ju faktiskt solen, och jag M\u00c5STE ingenting egentligen. Det kan ju faktiskt r\u00e4cka med att m\u00e5 bra i k\u00e4nslan att solen \u00e4r h\u00e4r, och det kan jag g\u00f6ra fr\u00e5n soffan om det nu \u00e4r d\u00e4r jag egentligen vill ligga just d\u00e5. Eller s\u00e5 tar jag min sarong och s\u00e4tter mig ute och yoga eller slappar eller vad jag nu g\u00f6r. Huvudsaken \u00e4r avslappningen i det hela.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e5 ta det lugnt. Omringa dig med m\u00e4nniskor du h\u00e5ller av. G\u00f6r saker du gillar, och vad du har lust med. Beh\u00f6ver inte vara sv\u00e5rare \u00e4n att k\u00f6ra lite acroyoga och \u00e4ta grillade marshmallows med sin b\u00e4stis p\u00e5 hennes bakg\u00e5rd. Eller h\u00e4nga i soffan och k\u00e4ka proteinfluff med pojkv\u00e4n och fantastisk v\u00e4n som varit bortrest i flera veckor.
