Allt fr\u00e5n aktiviteter till hum\u00f6r till middag. Har ni reflekterat \u00f6ver det n\u00e5gon g\u00e5ng? Att v\u00e4lja? M\u00e5nga g\u00e5nger tror man s\u00e4kert att man v\u00e4ljer sj\u00e4lv, n\u00e4r det egentligen \u00e4r tillvaro, partners eller omst\u00e4ndigheter som g\u00f6r det \u00e5t en.<br \/>\nS\u00e5 imorgon, se till att ta kontroll \u00f6ver din dag. V\u00e4lj sj\u00e4lv, best\u00e4m vad du ska g\u00f6ra, vad fu ska k\u00e4nna, vad du ska \u00e4ta. N\u00f6j dig igen, utan V\u00c4LJ. <\/p>\n<p>Idag valde jag att ha en l\u00e4ttsam dag p\u00e5 jobbet och fokusera p\u00e5 att det \u00e4r kort tid tills jag \u00e5ker p\u00e5 semester och sen b\u00f6rjar plugga. Sen valde jag att kl\u00e4ttra med fina v\u00e4nner. Efter det best\u00e4mde jag att jag ville \u00e4ta sushi till middag och trycka k\u00e4ften full av Ben&amp;Jerrys till efterr\u00e4tt.
