Okej?): att le f\u00e5r musklerna i ansiktet att slappna av. F\u00f6r ni vet att det tar mycket mera anstr\u00e4ngning f\u00f6r musklerna att se sur ut \u00e4n att le, va? Det \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 ett bra s\u00e4tt att f\u00e5 resten av kroppen att slappna av. S\u00e4g att du sitter p\u00e5 jobbet och stressar och sp\u00e4nner t.ex. axlar eller nacke som \u00e4r supervanligt. Stanna upp, ta ett djupt andetag och le. Skit i om det ser snett, p\u00e5klistrat eller skevt ut, f\u00f6r det spelar ingen roll! Musklerna kommer slappna av \u00e4nd\u00e5, och det \u00e4r h\u00e4lsosamt p\u00e5 b\u00e5de det fysiska som mentala planet. Jag brukar s\u00e4ga \u00e5t mina elever p\u00e5 mina yogapass att le n\u00e4r jag ser att de sp\u00e4nner k\u00e4karna eller axlarna eller ansiktet f\u00f6r mycket och det hj\u00e4lper varje g\u00e5ng. Och ja, det funkar \u00e4ven i t.ex. styrketr\u00e4ning f\u00f6r att undvika att sp\u00e4nna muskler som inte beh\u00f6vs sp\u00e4nnas i just den \u00f6vning = spara energi. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Dessutom smittas leenden, och ju mer man tr\u00e4nar p\u00e5 att le, desto naturligare kommer det, och ni vet ju sj\u00e4lva hur uppfriskande och kul det \u00e4r med m\u00e4nniskor som j\u00e4mt ser glada ut. Det sprider alltid en g\u00f6ttig atmosf\u00e4r och man k\u00e4nner sig gladare och piggare.<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<p>S\u00e5 s\u00e4tt ig\u00e5ng! P\u00e5minn dig sj\u00e4lv att le spontant tre g\u00e5nger om dagen, och jag lovar att du kommer k\u00e4nna resultat inom ganska kort tid.
