Ni vet mitt inl\u00e4gg om att &#8221;det \u00e4r mycket nu&#8221;? N\u00e5ja&#8230; Nu \u00c4R det mycket. N\u00e4mligen en helt ny tillvaro med nya rutiner, samt en l\u00e4nge efterl\u00e4ngtad dykarkurs som tar mycket mer tid i anspr\u00e5k \u00e4n jag trodde.<\/p>\n<p>Men vad g\u00f6r man n\u00e4r trycket blir f\u00f6r stort och det k\u00e4nns som att luften f\u00f6rsvinner? Man forts\u00e4tter andas. Precis som i dykning. Lugnt och l\u00e5ngsamt. Aldrig h\u00e5lla andan. D\u00e5 l\u00f6ser det sej! Och innan man vet ordet av \u00e4r man vid ytan igen. Med positiv, inte negativ, flytkraft.<\/p>\n<p>Dessutom vore det v\u00e4l skam om jag klagade n\u00e4r det \u00e4r roliga saker som g\u00f6r mej s\u00e5h\u00e4r tr\u00f6tt.<\/p>\n<p>I l\u00f6rdags var det dags f\u00f6r Tough Viking och f\u00f6r er som inte provat det s\u00e5 \u00e4r det ett m\u00e5ste! Samtidigt som jag starkt vill avr\u00e5da er. \ud83d\ude09 Det var ett riktigt roligt lopp (15 kilometer l\u00e5ngt med 15 hinder inklusive eld, vatten, gyttja, h\u00f6jder och elektricitet) och en v\u00e4ldigt speciell upplevelse.
