Ett lyft med Jill (som p\u00e5 bilden ovan)\u00a0som tr\u00e4nar b\u00e5de styrka och balans, eller uppochnerv\u00e4nda benlyft (allts\u00e5 benlyft samtidigt som jag st\u00e5r p\u00e5 huvudet) \u00e4r n\u00e5gra exempel p\u00e5 vad jag kan hitta p\u00e5 efter att jag lyft tungt.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e5 dagens tips: ge dig sj\u00e4lv en m\u00e5nad, och prova minst 4 olika slags tr\u00e4ningsformer. t.ex: en PT-timme (styrkelyft), ett zumba-pass, ett yoga-pass och spring en l\u00f6parunda utomhus.
