Det gick helt okej, har tr\u00e4ningsv\u00e4rk i ryggen idag, men var \u00e4nd\u00e5 inte helt n\u00f6jd med passet. Jag tror verkligen att de b\u00e4sta tiderna att tr\u00e4na p\u00e5 \u00e4r sen kv\u00e4ll (precis innan st\u00e4ngning) och f\u00f6rmiddag (innan tolv).
