Jag har b\u00f6rjat g\u00f6ra det nu f\u00f6r att se till att jag verkligen tr\u00e4nar, och dessutom f\u00f6r att man d\u00e5 har b\u00e4ttre \u00f6verblick \u00f6ver sin vecka. Nu har jag t\u00e4nkt mig att jag ska b\u00f6rja med olika fokusomr\u00e5den varje vecka, s\u00e5 veckans fokus blir kondition och mage.
