Konditionen skulle f\u00e5 best\u00e5 av 10 min crosstrainer, 10 min intensiv roddmaskin och 10 min l\u00e4tt jogg p\u00e5 l\u00f6pbandet. Men redan imorse s\u00e5 k\u00e4nde jag mig helt slutk\u00f6rd i kroppen, och nu \u00e4r det \u00e4nnu v\u00e4rre. S\u00e5 tror att jag ska vila idag och ta det imorgon ist\u00e4llet.
