Jag har inte \u00e4tit n\u00e5got godis alls (om inte min Goodlife-bar r\u00e4knas), och sk\u00f6tt mig helt okej! \u00c5t dock middag p\u00e5 max, men \u00e5 andra sidan s\u00e5 valde jag en GI-burgare, men inte pga att den \u00e4r sn\u00e4ppet b\u00e4ttre \u00e4n en vanlig, utan f\u00f6r att den \u00e4r 100 resor godare. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/minresa\/files\/2014\/02\/20140224-232137.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/minresa\/files\/2014\/02\/20140224-232137.jpg\" alt=\"20140224-232137.jpg\" class=\"alignnone size-full\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nJag \u00e4ter ett underskott av kcal f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka g\u00e5 ned i fettprocent, men det handlar ju extremt mycket om VAD man \u00e4ter ocks\u00e5. Max kanske inte \u00e4r det b\u00e4sta. <\/p>\n<p>Jag k\u00f6rde ett helkroppspass p\u00e5 gymmet idag ocks\u00e5!
