Har tr\u00e4ningsv\u00e4rk i br\u00f6stmusklerna och i ryggen. Varf\u00f6r? Gjorde armh\u00e4vningar, plankan och 70 squats ig\u00e5r innan Yogan! K\u00e4nns faktiskt riktigt bra att ha tr\u00e4ningsv\u00e4rk, det var ganska l\u00e4ngesedan nu! <\/p>\n<p>Imorse gjorde jag 75 squats, och det s\u00f6g rej\u00e4lt i l\u00e5ren kan jag s\u00e4ga. 80 squats imorgon kommer eventuellt bli uppdelade, s\u00e5 att det blir 40*2 med liten paus emellan. <\/p>\n<p>Senare idag s\u00e5 blir det jobb! S\u00e5 ingen tr\u00e4ning idag tyv\u00e4rr.
