Detta j\u00e4mnar dock ut sig, d\u00e5 jag idag skulle haft &#8221;vilodag&#8221;. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r g\u00f6r jag 80 squats idag ist\u00e4llet och r\u00e4knar g\u00e5rdagen som min vilodag! Imorgon ska det d\u00e5 g\u00f6ras 100 st, s\u00e5 nu b\u00f6rjar det bli ganska m\u00e5nga. Lite \u00f6verv\u00e4ldigande faktiskt. Haha! <\/p>\n<p>Min sockerfria m\u00e5nad har inte varit sockerfri till 100%, blev n\u00e5gra snedsteg i helgen, men nu k\u00e4mpar jag f\u00f6r att komma tillbaka. Det m\u00e4rks att jag blivit beroende av socker, och det \u00e4r riktigt hemskt. Jag vill inte vara en person med beroenden \u00f6verhuvudtaget, dock \u00e4r ju socker en bagatell i j\u00e4mf\u00f6relse med t.ex knark\/alkohol\/tobak. <\/p>\n<p>Ikv\u00e4ll ska jag g\u00e5 p\u00e5 cirkelfysen och g\u00f6ra mina 80 squats, misst\u00e4nker att jag kommer att ha tr\u00e4ningsv\u00e4rk imorgon! Fast det \u00e4r nice.
