Jag b\u00f6rjade p\u00e5 gymmet: <\/p>\n<p>\u2022 5 km crosstrainer p\u00e5 ca 26 minuter<br \/>\n\u2022 80 kn\u00e4b\u00f6j\/squats (40 med kroppsvikt, 20*2 med 16 kg kettlebell)<br \/>\n\u2022 R\u00f6rlighetstr\u00e4ning f\u00f6r ryggen och lite h\u00f6fter<br \/>\n\u2022 15 min g\u00e5ng p\u00e5 l\u00f6pbandet <\/p>\n<p>D\u00e4refter var det v\u00e4rldens b\u00e4sta pass: CIRKELFYS! <\/p>\n<p>Just nu \u00e4r jag ganska taggad p\u00e5 att dricka upp min drickyoghurt, \u00e4ta en sm\u00f6rg\u00e5s och glo p\u00e5 TV! S\u00e5 I&#8217;m gonna do that now.
