Jag k\u00f6rde PW:s n\u00e4stan varje morgon innan frukost. Jag \u00e5t nyttigt, hade m\u00e5l p\u00e5 gymmet (100 kg benpress) etc. Varf\u00f6r var jag s\u00e5 duktig d\u00e5? Jo &#8211; jag ville se snygg ut p\u00e5 studenten. Sen tr\u00e4nade jag en del under sommaren ocks\u00e5, d\u00e5 b\u00f6rjade jag dessutom jogga litegrann till min stora fasa. Varf\u00f6r d\u00e5? &#8211; GMU. <\/p>\n<p>Nu d\u00e5? Vad g\u00f6r jag nu? Ingenting. I alla fall inte i j\u00e4mf\u00f6relse. <\/p>\n<p>Vad har jag f\u00f6r m\u00e5l nu? Typ inga. K\u00e4nns det som i alla fall. Mitt utseende \u00e4r jag f\u00f6rh\u00e5llandevis n\u00f6jd med, jag trivs helt okej i de kl\u00e4der jag b\u00e4r osv. Har dessutom inget &#8221;utseendem\u00e5l&#8221;, kanske att g\u00e5 ned n\u00e5gra kg, men de kan lika g\u00e4rna sitta kvar. Det enda fysiska m\u00e5let jag har \u00e4r att klara though viking i h\u00f6st, men det \u00e4r ett m\u00e5l. Borde b\u00f6rja dela upp det i sm\u00e5 delm\u00e5l, som jag gjorde f\u00f6rra \u00e5ret.
