Fokuserade mest p\u00e5 marklyft och benpress, men k\u00f6rde \u00e4ven lite br\u00f6st och axlar. \u00c4r ganska m\u00f6r i kroppen sen ig\u00e5r d\u00e5 jag k\u00f6rde ett skivst\u00e5ng\/intervallpass och \u00e4ven rygg p\u00e5 gymmet. Men trots detta s\u00e5 gjorde jag b\u00e4ttre ifr\u00e5n mig \u00e4n n\u00e5gonsin! <\/p>\n<p>Klarade av 65 kg i marklyft och 130 kg i benpress. M\u00e5let \u00e4r 100 kg i mark och minst 150 kg i benpress, och det sista m\u00e5let \u00e4r jag ju l\u00f6jligt n\u00e4ra s\u00e5 det ska jag nog klara av n\u00e4sta vecka!
