B\u00e5de hon och jag k\u00f6rde p\u00e5 riktigt ordentligt, och f\u00f6r att vara hennes f\u00f6rsta g\u00e5ng p\u00e5 cirkelfysen s\u00e5 var hon sjukt grym! <\/p>\n<p>Jag \u00f6kade dessutom i kettlebellswing, har tidigare har jag k\u00f6rt p\u00e5 max 16 kg med b\u00e5da h\u00e4nderna, men idag k\u00f6rde jag p\u00e5 20 kg! Det blev ju sj\u00e4lvklart 1000 g\u00e5nger jobbigare, men det \u00e4r ju ocks\u00e5 det enda s\u00e4ttet att bli b\u00e4ttre. <\/p>\n<p>Imorgon blir det spinning! Nu j\u00e4vlar ska fettet bort och konditionen bli grym!
