Vet inte vad jag ska ha med mig, har liksom bott hemma hos mamma p\u00e5 heltid nu de senaste m\u00e5naderna och nu helt pl\u00f6tsligt ska jag flytta? Anledningen till det \u00e4r i alla fall att jag b\u00f6rjar jobba p\u00e5 tisdag, och mitt arbete ligger p\u00e5 knappt fem minuters g\u00e5ngavst\u00e5nd ifr\u00e5n pappa! <\/p>\n<p>Planen f\u00f6r tr\u00e4ning i sommar \u00e4r: fem pass\/vecka, allts\u00e5 max 2 vilodagar. Blir v\u00e4l antagligen styrketr\u00e4ning alla dagar f\u00f6rutom 2 &#8211; d\u00e5 ska jag springa. Sen blir det sjukt strikt mat i veckorna och lite mer fritt p\u00e5 helgerna, sk\u00f6nt blir i alla fall att jag f\u00e5r mer fasta matrutiner.
