Mitt m\u00e5l den h\u00e4r sommaren \u00e4r att orka hela v\u00e4gen fram och tillbaka, s\u00e5 denna str\u00e4ckan kommer att \u00e5terkomma. Dessutom en v\u00e4ldigt fin str\u00e4cka d\u00e5 man hela tiden springer vid vattnet! M\u00e5let denna vecka \u00e4r att g\u00f6ra 5 pass, varav tv\u00e5 \u00e4r jogging. Ganska taggad!
