Kroppsdelen som blev utsatt var ben! K\u00f6rde ganska intensivt, och hoppas p\u00e5 tr\u00e4ningsv\u00e4rk imorgon. K\u00e4nns dock ingenting just nu, s\u00e5 vi f\u00e5r se. Passet bestod ungef\u00e4r av f\u00f6ljande:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Bensparkar (ett ben i taget p\u00e5 l\u00e5g vikt x3, och b\u00e5da benen med h\u00f6gre vikt x3)<br \/>\n&#8211; Benpress<br \/>\n&#8211; Raka marklyft<br \/>\n&#8211; L\u00e5rcurl i maskin<br \/>\n&#8211; Utfallssteg med kroppsvikt och grodhopp<br \/>\n&#8211; &#8221;Hip thrusters&#8221; eller vad dem heter, sp\u00e4nna-rumpan-\u00f6vning i alla fall!<\/p>\n<p>Blev ca 1 timme, och jag svettades!<\/p>\n<p>Imorgon ska jag f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka kl\u00e4mma in ett pass mellan skola och jobb, men d\u00e5 blir det nog ett F&amp;S inne i stan!<\/p>\n<p>Godnatt!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Efter en redovisning i skolan och ett m\u00f6te med banken s\u00e5 drog jag till k\u00e4ra F&amp;S f\u00f6r ett v\u00e4lbeh\u00f6vligt pass.
