Min kompis f\u00f6ljde med mig hem, s\u00e5 \u00e5t vi middag och snackade typ hela kv\u00e4llen och en ganska stor del av natten samtidigt som vi \u00e5t chips och annat gott. Just kombinationen chips och lite s\u00f6mn kanske inte \u00e4r den optimala \u00e5terh\u00e4mtningen efter en dag som var fullsp\u00e4ckad med benpass och jobb, men \u00e5 andra sidan var det en bra \u00e5terh\u00e4mtning f\u00f6r min hj\u00e4rna. Det beh\u00f6vs ocks\u00e5 ibland. <\/p>\n<p>Idag blir det ingen tr\u00e4ning, efter jobbet ska jag hem och sl\u00e4nga mig i soffan f\u00f6r att ladda upp inf\u00f6r morgondagens pass.
