Och i biceps och triceps dessutom! Visserligen s\u00e5 var jag ute med en kompis p\u00e5 kv\u00e4llen, s\u00e5 drack lite alkohol. Blev visserligen inte full, men alkohol \u00f6verhuvudtaget f\u00f6rs\u00e4mrar ju kroppens \u00e5terh\u00e4mtningsf\u00f6rm\u00e5ga, men  vafan. M\u00e5ste ju \u00e4nd\u00e5 f\u00e5 vara 20 \u00e5r och singel. <\/p>\n<p>Idag blev det ingen tr\u00e4ning, men har g\u00e5tt v\u00e4ldigt mycket.
