Det \u00e4r dock lite sv\u00e5rt just nu, min mage \u00e4r helt uppbl\u00e5st och g\u00f6r halvont&#8230; Tror helt \u00e4rligt att det beror p\u00e5 alldeles f\u00f6r mycket skitsaker i helgen, godis, pasta, ostb\u00e5gar. Ja det mesta. S\u00e5 ska f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka vara utan kolhydrater som pasta, potatis, ris etc i veckan. Sj\u00e4lvklart ska jag undvika godis och s\u00e5dant ocks\u00e5. Ska i alla fall g\u00f6ra mitt b\u00e4sta. <\/p>\n<p>Det sv\u00e5ra f\u00f6r mig n\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller att h\u00e5lla en viss typ av diet \u00e4r att jag bor hemma, nog f\u00f6r att det \u00e4r lyxigt p\u00e5 m\u00e5nga s\u00e4tt, men inte n\u00e4r man vill \u00e4ta p\u00e5 ett visst s\u00e4tt&#8230; Hade jag bott sj\u00e4lv hade jag nog sett till att alltid ha f\u00f6ljande hemma:<br \/>\n\u2022 Gr\u00f6nsaker<br \/>\n\u2022 Kycklingfil\u00e9<br \/>\n\u2022 N\u00e5gon typ av fisk<br \/>\n\u2022 Kvarg<br \/>\n\u2022 Tomats\u00e5ser med smak<br \/>\n\u2022 Frukt<br \/>\n\u2022 Qinoa<br \/>\n&#8230; Osv.<br \/>\nJag hade undvikit att k\u00f6pa hem pasta, potatis osv. Just f\u00f6r att jag helst inte vill \u00e4ta det. Qinoa \u00e4r visserligen ocks\u00e5 kolhydrater, men det \u00e4r nyttigare \u00e4n pasta.
