Jag har de senaste veckorna, eller egentligen enda sedan jag kom ig\u00e5ng med tr\u00e4ningen efter sommaren haft problem med att f\u00e5 tr\u00e4ningsv\u00e4rk. Nu har jag visserligen tr\u00e4ningsv\u00e4rk i vaderna efter s\u00f6ndagens intervall\/flex-pass, men \u00e4nd\u00e5. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r k\u00f6rde jag p\u00e5 relativt l\u00e5ga vikter men mycket fler repetitioner och l\u00e5ngsammare tempo. Tror att det kanske kan hj\u00e4lpa! Men det f\u00e5r vi se imorgon. <\/p>\n<p>Dock har jag faktiskt pyttelite tr\u00e4ningsv\u00e4rk i l\u00e5ren efter g\u00e5rdagens benpass ocks\u00e5! S\u00e5 det kanske v\u00e4nder nu? <\/p>\n<p>Nu ska jag strax b\u00e4dda ner mig i s\u00e4ngen och f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka l\u00e4sa ut Madame Bovary&#8230; Lycka till Maloue.
