Riktigt kul! \u00c4lskar skivst\u00e5ng (motsvarar LesMills BodyPump), det \u00e4r f\u00f6r det f\u00f6rsta sk\u00f6nt att k\u00f6ra igenom hela kroppen, och f\u00f6r det andra s\u00e5 \u00e4r det styrketr\u00e4ning. Allts\u00e5 min favorit! <\/p>\n<p>Efter passet stod jag och pratade med en v\u00e4n v\u00e4ldigt l\u00e4nge, hon jobbar i receptionen. S\u00e5 h\u00f6ll henne s\u00e4llskap, eller snarare tvingade henne att h\u00e5lla mig s\u00e4llskap. Efter det gick jag upp till gymmet och k\u00f6rde lite marklyft, raka marklyft och kn\u00e4b\u00f6j. <\/p>\n<p>Imorgon \u00e4r det plugg och jobb som g\u00e4ller. Kan inte direkt p\u00e5st\u00e5 att jag ser fram emot det.
