Denna cirkel fokuserar ju s\u00e5klart p\u00e5 \u00f6verkropp, men n\u00e4r man g\u00f6r planka, armh\u00e4vningar och dips s\u00e5 aktiverar man \u00e4ven hela magen och ryggen, och jag brukar alltid bli tr\u00f6tt i benen vid planka\/armh\u00e4vningar.
