I det andra blocket s\u00e5 st\u00e5r man upp och g\u00f6r \u00f6vningar som aktiverar hela kroppen och \u00e4ven s\u00e5klart hela b\u00e5len, det \u00e4r till exempel kn\u00e4b\u00f6j, utfall, och balans\u00f6vningar. H\u00e4r \u00f6kar ju \u00e4ven pulsen lite. Till sist s\u00e5 avslutas passet med r\u00f6rlighetstr\u00e4ning s\u00e5klart. <\/p>\n<p>Jag har testat core-tidigare, och gillar det skarpt.
