Spinningpasset imorse var riktigt bra. Det var ett pyramidpass, vilket inneb\u00e4r att det \u00e4r tre olika block. I f\u00f6rsta s\u00e5 \u00e4r det intervall 2-3-4 min, med 1 min vila emellan. Andra blocket \u00e4r 4-3-2, med vila 1 min emellan. Sista \u00e4r 1-1-1, allts\u00e5 tre g\u00e5nger 1 minut. Svettigt men roligt! <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/minresa\/files\/2014\/11\/IMG_0496.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/minresa\/files\/2014\/11\/IMG_0496.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_0496.JPG\" class=\"alignnone size-full\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nEfter skolan, lunch, fika och varit med en kompis som skulle k\u00f6pa l\u00f6sh\u00e5r (ville verkligen inte \u00e5ka hem, var inte otaggad p\u00e5 tr\u00e4ning, utan p\u00e5 att g\u00e5 till bibblan och l\u00e5na b\u00f6cker) s\u00e5 kom jag \u00e4ntligen till gymmet, efter ett stopp p\u00e5 bibblan d\u00e5&#8230; K\u00f6rde en del rygg, latsdrag med smalt grepp! Klarade f\u00f6r\u00f6vrigt riktigt mycket i den med smalt grepp! Nu \u00e4r det bara att n\u00f6ta p\u00e5, ju mer vikt jag klarar i den, desto n\u00e4rmre kommer jag mitt m\u00e5l att klara av chins! Och \u00e4ven triceps. S\u00e5 ja, fokus p\u00e5 baksida kan man v\u00e4l s\u00e4ga, men biceps kommer ju med automatiskt i latsdrag. Sedan var jag faktiskt med p\u00e5 ett till TMI-pass, haha!
