Dock \u00e4r jag hemma hos pappa, s\u00e5 det blir ca 40 min promenad\/dag i alla fall! <\/p>\n<p>Imorgon \u00e4r det tv\u00e4tt, plugg och jobb som st\u00e5r p\u00e5 schemat. Om det inte sp\u00f6regnar s\u00e5 tar jag kanske en promenad n\u00e4r maskinerna g\u00e5r. Hade varit trevligt att hinna tr\u00e4na innan jobbet, men i kombo med tv\u00e4tt och plugg s\u00e5 blir nog det lite f\u00f6r tight tidsm\u00e4ssigt tyv\u00e4rr. Men det blir f\u00f6rhoppningsvis lite tr\u00e4ning i veckan, t\u00e4nkte k\u00f6ra kn\u00e4b\u00f6j och marklyft p\u00e5 onsdag, mage och armar (mest axlar) p\u00e5 torsdag, chins och rumpa p\u00e5 fredag! <\/p>\n<p>Tanken \u00e4r att det ska vara fokus p\u00e5 teknik, och f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka k\u00f6ra s\u00e5 tungt som m\u00f6jligt. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/minresa\/files\/2014\/11\/IMG_0568.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/minresa\/files\/2014\/11\/IMG_0568.png\" alt=\"IMG_0568.PNG\" class=\"alignnone size-full\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n<em>(Inspirationsbild, typ.
