Tr\u00e4ning \u00e4r verkligen det b\u00e4sta som finns. Morgondagens tr\u00e4ning blir ocks\u00e5 ett ganska l\u00e4tt pass, men ett &#8221;underkroppspass&#8221;, allts\u00e5 ben. T\u00e4nkte v\u00e4l k\u00f6ra kn\u00e4b\u00f6j, utfall och hipthrusters. Kanske till och med avsluta med n\u00e5gon ful \u00f6vning som &#8221;kissande hunden&#8221; eller n\u00e5got.
