S\u00e5 sk\u00f6nt! <\/p>\n<p>B\u00f6rjade med kn\u00e4b\u00f6j,<br \/>\n10 x 3, uppv\u00e4rmning med 20 kg (st\u00e5ngen)<br \/>\n5 x 3, 30 kg<br \/>\n5 x 3, 40 kg <\/p>\n<p>Jag har ju tidigare k\u00f6rt tyngre, men eftersom jag har varit borta fr\u00e5n tr\u00e4ningen och dessutom var jag sj\u00e4lv. <\/p>\n<p>D\u00e4refter raka marklyft,<br \/>\n7 x 3, 40 kg <\/p>\n<p>Superset benspark\/l\u00e5rcurl,<br \/>\nOklart hur m\u00e5nga set det blev, men gissar p\u00e5 ungef\u00e4r:<br \/>\n5 x 5, 25 kg<br \/>\n7 x 3, 30 kg <\/p>\n<p>Avslutade med lite utfallssteg med kroppsvikt och &#8221;Draken&#8221;. <\/p>\n<p>Hade begynnande tr\u00e4ningsv\u00e4rk redan n\u00e4r jag gick in i omkl\u00e4dningsrummet f\u00f6r att duscha. Vi f\u00e5r se hur det k\u00e4nns imorgon! <\/p>\n<p>Imorgon funderar jag p\u00e5 att ta en morgonpromenad.
