Totalt. Men men.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Nu sitter jag i alla fall och skriver f\u00f6rsta tentan f\u00f6r \u00e5ret. S\u00e5d\u00e4r lagom kul om jag f\u00e5r s\u00e4ga det h\u00f6gt. Har i alla fall skrivit det mesta, s\u00e5 har imorgon och n\u00e5gra timmar till p\u00e5 onsdag kvar innan deadline. Vilket \u00e4r sk\u00f6nt.<\/p>\n<p>Vad det g\u00e4ller tr\u00e4ning s\u00e5 har jag b\u00f6rjat komma tillbaka efter en riktigt l\u00e5ngdragen f\u00f6rkylning. Men nu \u00e4r jag p\u00e5 G! K\u00f6rde lunchspinning idag p\u00e5 mitt \u00e4lskade Friskis, och snart ska jag ner igen f\u00f6r ett styrketr\u00e4ningspass och \u00e4nnu mer kondition. Jag har n\u00e4mligen gett mig fan p\u00e5 att f\u00f6rlora lite fett nu i h\u00f6st. Det kanske l\u00e5ter lite skevt att bli av med fett s\u00e5h\u00e4r p\u00e5 h\u00f6sten, men helt \u00e4rligt s\u00e5 har jag jobbat hela sommaren. S\u00e5 d\u00e5 var det lite YOLO. Dessutom s\u00e5 \u00a0var ju sommaren kanske den s\u00e4msta hittills. Troligtvis inte, men den var inte rolig i alla fall. S\u00e5 de dagar jag har m\u00f6jlighet s\u00e5 ska jag f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka mig p\u00e5 minst 5 pass i veckan, d\u00e4r tre \u00e4r styrketr\u00e4ning och tv\u00e5 renodlade konditionspass. Dessutom ska jag (n\u00e4r jag hinner) tr\u00e4na tv\u00e5 g\u00e5nger \/dag. VI F\u00c5R SE. F\u00f6rdelen just nu \u00e4r att jag har k\u00f6rkort!
