Det \u00e4r faktiskt v\u00e4ldigt tidigt f\u00f6r att vara jag en l\u00f6rdag!<br \/>\n Efter spinningpasset stannade jag p\u00e5 gymmet i ca 1 timme. D\u00e4r k\u00f6rde jag mest ben, men \u00e4ven lite rygg och axlar! (Mer utf\u00f6rligt f\u00e5r ni veta sen).<br \/>\n N\u00e4r jag var p\u00e5v\u00e4g hem s\u00e5 var jag s\u00e5 vansinnigt hungrig att jag drack en m\u00e5ltidsers\u00e4ttning fr\u00e5n fitnessguru, helt okej! V\u00e4l hemma gjorde jag en bananpannkaka med chokladsmak, toppad med jordgubbar och yoghurt!
