Det \u00e4r f\u00f6rsta g\u00e5ngen f\u00f6r mig faktiskt. En annan sak som aldrig har h\u00e4nt tidigare \u00e4r att jag joggade p\u00e5 l\u00f6pbandet. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Dagens Tr\u00e4ning<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>Uppv\u00e4rmning:<\/em><br \/>\n\u2022 3 min PW och 7 min jogg p\u00e5 l\u00f6pband<br \/>\n\u2022 3 min rodd p\u00e5 roddmaskin (\u00e4r ganska lite, men min puls l\u00e5g runt 185 hela tiden, s\u00e5 det var jobbigt)<br \/>\n<em>Huvuddelen:<\/em><br \/>\n\u2022 10*3 bicepscurl med 4 kg och 10*3 bicepscurl 2 kg<br \/>\n\u2022 10*3 tricepstr\u00e4ning i maskin ca 5 kg\/arm<br \/>\n\u2022 10*3 axeltr\u00e4ning med hantlar 4 kg<br \/>\n\u2022 10*3 front pulldown (maskin) 15 kg(?)<br \/>\n\u2022 10*3 shoulderpress (maskin) 10 kg(?)<br \/>\n\u2022 10*3 chest press (maskin) 12 kg(?)<br \/>\n\u2022 10*3 rodd 6 kg och 10*3 rodd 9,5 kg<br \/>\n<em>stretch<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Som ni kanske ser s\u00e5 fokuserade jag p\u00e5 armar, och axlar. Man kanske till och med skulle kunna s\u00e4ga &#8221;\u00f6verkropp&#8221;.
