Jag hoppas verkligen att jag kan, men jag har ganska mycket plugg d\u00e5 jag har prov imorgon s\u00e5 vi f\u00e5r se. Ibland m\u00e5ste man faktiskt omprioritera lite, tyv\u00e4rr. Dock skulle det vara j\u00e4tteroligt att testa min klocka p\u00e5 cirkelfysen.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6r er som inte vet vad cirkelfys \u00e4r s\u00e5 ska jag ber\u00e4tta!<\/p>\n<p>Cirkelfys (finns p\u00e5 friskis och svettis, andra gym har s\u00e4kert n\u00e5got liknande) \u00e4r en h\u00f6gintensiv konditionstr\u00e4ning med vikter. Det \u00e4r tio stationer, varje station best\u00e5r av olika \u00f6vningar sj\u00e4lvklart, man \u00e4r vid varje station i 45 sekunder, d\u00e4refter byter man.<br \/>\nVi k\u00f6r tre varv, emellan varven s\u00e5 \u00e4r det vila p\u00e5 25 sekunder!<\/p>\n<p>Det \u00e4r ett superjobbigt pass, men ett superbra pass!
