Day 4

Today is day 4 of this diet and so far so good :) I’ve been more tired than usual, and slept through all yesterday but I think that’s because I am not getting enough calories in me. The last couple of days my food schedule has looked something like this for anyone that’s interested :

Breakfast: 1 liter warm lemon water with 6-10 bananas with some strawberries. Lunch: 1 liter warm lemon water with 6-9 Oranges.  Snack: big plate of grapes. Dinner: 6 steamed potatoes with asparagus and carrots + salad with baby tomatoes and basil.
