Better

Just wanted to let you guys know what a difference I feel in only 7 or 8 days of having changed my diet completely. I have cut out sodas, alcohol, sugars, processed foods, everything but fruits and vegetables this past week and I have much more energy. I’ve been on so many ”diets” over the years based on doctors recommendations and nothing has ever made a difference in my pain or energy levels, but this has made such a difference.  I’m still in a lot of pain, but I don’t feel like a walking zombie anymore. And I want to make it perfectly clear that this isn’t a ”diet” where I’m trying to lose weight by any means. I am SIMPLY trying to feel better.

My energy levels are up and I feel better.
