This whole fusing glass thing is amazing. It’s such a different creative outlet than anything else I’ve done, and takes much more patience than I really have but I love it. I get to cut up and organize glass sheets, put them in my kiln that fires up to 1500F, wait for the 13 hour cycle to finish, and TA DAAA I have a new bowl. Well it isn’t quite that simple, I have to fire the piece a couple of times before its finished, but kind of.
I’m experimenting with new colors today. Mostly because I ran out of the glass I’ve been using and I’m too exhausted to go buy more sheets. This is usually what the bowls end up looking like though :)
