Just finished painting this piece, and I’m about to hop in a bath before heading over to a burlesque show with some friends. I’m pretty excited:)
This one’s called ”New” for reasons only I will ever know. Haha nah just kidding.. I don’t know if you guys got the sarcasm in that but I kind of hate naming paintings, cause it’s completely pretentious.. so I like to make them dramatic, if only to make fun of myself for even naming them at all. If it were up to me I’d put numbers on them, but people seem to love a good story behind the name of a painting.
