Valentines

Happy belated valentines day people<3 For some reason there has been some trouble getting into the blog, and I’m not sure if it’s only on my end or for you guys as well?  Either way, I had a wonderful day today full of blueberry pancakes, pizza, and brownies. Most of the day was spent snuggled up on my couch watching practically the whole season of House of Cards. In other words, it was everything I ever could have dreamed of ;)

 I’m not a fan of this whole ”let’s make 4 billion dollars in one day by making people think they have to buy stuff to prove their love for one another” ordeal.  Really, people, do we need a specific day to treat the people that we love with extra care?!  Come on.. It must be the Swede in me that has no desire for big fancy rings or jewelry, but more of a ”let’s just have a good day” type of a look on it. I can buy myself flowers if I so desire, or if I really wanted something special I’d actually ask for it instead of sitting around like some girl hoping whoever I’m with will read my mind, only to be reeaally disappointed and upset when I don’t get what I secretly wanted. Seriously ladies, pull yourselves together, and communicate.

Anyway haha, I had a beautiful day and I hope you guys got some love and hugs too!
