I need them because I can&#8217;t remember anything :p<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">So on sundays I usually sit and write down my appointments and things to do for the week on a day to day basis. Not only do they help me figure out when to do what because my now constantly foggy brain can&#8217;t concentrate properly or focus on more than one thing at a time, but they also keep me out of bed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">blahblah..
