It&#8217;s been a rough couple of days full of anxiety and terrible nightmares but I&#8217;m hanging in there.. I usually pride myself in being strong, and independent and able to take care of myself and then something like this happened and all of a sudden<strong> I&#8217;m so small.\u00a0<\/strong> I need to get out of this head space that I&#8217;m in and get back on track, but I&#8217;m giving myself some time to deal with it, and we&#8217;ll see how these next few days unfold.
