Trots att jag jobbar skift s\u00e5 har jag i vanliga fall v\u00e4ldigt l\u00e4tt f\u00f6r att anpassa mina sov-och \u00e4ttider, men dom senaste veckorna har jag sovit v\u00e4ldigt d\u00e5ligt och\u00a0varit superstressad. Jag har \u00e4ven slarvat med tr\u00e4ningen, det \u00e4r ganska sv\u00e5rt att f\u00e5 energi till det n\u00e4r man sover d\u00e5ligt och jobbar natt. Men nu \u00e4r det sk\u00e4rpning! Tillbaka till mina riktiga matvanor och tr\u00e4ningsrutiner. Idag startade jag dagen med ett kort pass p\u00e5 motionscykel f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 ig\u00e5ng pulsen och sedan k\u00f6rde jag en kvart p\u00e5 pilatesbollen. Ska \u00e4ven b\u00f6rja anv\u00e4nda min kalorir\u00e4knar-app igen. Den funkade sjukt bra, jag hade stenkoll p\u00e5 vad jag \u00e5t och\u00a0vad det inneh\u00e5ller. Det enda som\u00a0\u00e4r mindre bra\u00a0\u00e4r att den \u00e4r ganska kr\u00e4vande att anv\u00e4nda eftersom man m\u00e5ste v\u00e4ga det mesta man stoppar i sig. Men jag tycker att det \u00e4r den b\u00e4sta h\u00e4lsoappen, &#8221;Shapeup club&#8221; heter den och finns f\u00f6r android mobiler (antagligen iPhone ocks\u00e5).
