Det \u00e4r n\u00e4stan s\u00e5 jag sk\u00e4ms \u00f6ver hur tom min tr\u00e4ningsdagbok \u00e4r denna m\u00e5naden. 5 tr\u00e4ningspass p\u00e5 25 dagar \u00e4r inte mycket att skryta om. Jag ska se till att fylla dagarna i November b\u00e4ttre! F\u00f6rresten medan jag \u00e4nd\u00e5 skriver kan jag ju tipsa om <a href=\"http:\/\/www.shapelink.com\">www.shapelink.com<\/a> , en hemsida d\u00e4r man loggar sina tr\u00e4ningspass,vikt,m\u00e5tt osv. Man kan skapa personliga utmaningar eller g\u00e5 med i allm\u00e4na s\u00e5 som &#8221;Flest kilometer cykling 2013&#8221; och t\u00e4vla mot hela Sverige. En mycket bra sida f\u00f6r att h\u00e5lla koll p\u00e5 sin tr\u00e4ning.
