Man k\u00e4nner sig fel p\u00e5 alla s\u00e4tt och vis som person. Allt som man har k\u00e4mpat f\u00f6r och all utveckling som man har gjort ifr\u00e5gas\u00e4tts. Gamla tankem\u00f6nster s\u00e4tts ig\u00e5ng. Man k\u00e4nner att man inte r\u00e4cker till, att man inte klarar av det man vill, att man inte ser tillr\u00e4ckligt bra ut.. ja listan \u00e4r l\u00e5ng f\u00f6r m\u00e5nga. <\/p>\n<p>Det \u00e4r d\u00e5 som jag tror att det \u00e4r som viktigast att ta en stund och fundera p\u00e5 alla sina framsteg och f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka ta till sig dem. <strong>Att ge sig sj\u00e4lv ber\u00f6m.<\/strong> Att ers\u00e4tta sina negativa tankar med positiva. Om s\u00e5 beh\u00f6vs, att till och med s\u00e4ga det h\u00f6gt till sig sj\u00e4lv.
