Jag \u00e4r inte n\u00f6jd med att alltid vara tr\u00f6tt, med att k\u00e4nna mig helt utmattad och energil\u00f6s. Allt jag g\u00f6r k\u00e4nns s\u00e5\u00e5 jobbigt, som v\u00e4rldens grej. H\u00e4lften bort prioriteras och jag gl\u00f6mmer saker och ting konstant. Jag \u00e4r stressad, irriterad och p\u00e5 d\u00e5ligt hum\u00f6r hela tiden. K\u00e4nner mig som 90 i min kropp.<\/p>\n<p>Men det m\u00e5ste v\u00e4l finns saker och ting man kan g\u00f6ra f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 energi? Jag kan antingen forts\u00e4tta s\u00e5 h\u00e4r eller faktiskt g\u00f6ra n\u00e5got \u00e5t saken? Tr\u00e4na vet jag att jag m\u00e5ste. Men kanske finns det annat\/n\u00e5got i min vardag som m\u00e5ste ses \u00f6ver och \u00e4ndras p\u00e5? Ja, jag \u00e4r i alla fall motiverad till att g\u00f6ra n\u00e5got \u00e5t saken.
