Orkade varken titta p\u00e5 tv, eller blogga, eller n\u00e5got. K\u00e4nner mig lite b\u00e4ttre idag, men \u00e4r fortfarande yr i huvudet och det ringer och g\u00f6r ont i mitt ena \u00f6ra. \u00c4r typ halvd\u00f6v haha<\/p>\n<p>Har suttit och googlat lite nu om immunf\u00f6rsvaret (HAHA), och har kommit fram till att jag m\u00e5ste inf\u00f6ra mer vitaminer till min kost. Jag \u00e4ter aldrig frukt, kanske max 5 ggr per \u00e5r&#8230;. och nu n\u00e4r jag har b\u00f6rjat tr\u00e4na, sova mer, \u00e4ta r\u00e4tt och regelbundet, f\u00e5r man faktiskt inte gl\u00f6mma vitaminerna! Ska k\u00f6pa hem en massa frukt.
