Fick en mindre chock n\u00e4r jag v\u00e4gde mig &#8211; 48 kg!! \ud83d\ude00 Kul att se att man \u00f6kar i vikt, d\u00e5 vet man att tr\u00e4ningen ger resultat. Till en b\u00f6rjan v\u00e4gde jag 42-43 kg, s\u00e5 det \u00e4r ju \u00e4nd\u00e5 en skillnad!! Och s\u00e5 har jag \u00e4tit som en h\u00e4st. Men (oftast) nyttigt och regelbundet. Och druckit protein innan och efter tr\u00e4ningen. Det \u00e4r ju viktigt nu n\u00e4r man \u00e4nd\u00e5 bryr sig om h\u00e4lsan \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p>Dock har jag f\u00e5tt en massa celluliter haha vad g\u00f6r man \u00e5t dessa?? Tips?? Kalla mig st\u00f6rd, men f\u00f6r en g\u00e5ngs skull \u00e4r det n\u00e4stan kul att ha ett vikt problem som \u00e4r n\u00e5got annat \u00e4n undervikt.
