Ett av mina \u00e4r att snabba mig genom varje tillf\u00e4lle f\u00f6r att hinna med allt annat som jag bara k\u00e4nner att jag &#8221;m\u00e5ste&#8221; g\u00f6ra. K\u00e4nner du igen dig? Testa i s\u00e5 fall n\u00e4r du kommer p\u00e5 dig sj\u00e4lv i en god stund att sluta g\u00f6ra s\u00e5dant som man g\u00f6r f\u00f6r att snabba fram stunden, t ex g\u00e5 snabbare -&gt; sakta ner. D\u00e5 l\u00e4r man njuta av stunden ist\u00e4llet.
