I olika perioder kan det ju vara olika l\u00e5tar, s\u00e5 hitta den som passar dig just h\u00e4r och nu.<\/p>\n<p>Sen \u00e4r det bara att s\u00e4tta den som sitt alarm. Jag anv\u00e4nder sleep cycle (app) och d\u00e5 s\u00e4tts l\u00e5ten p\u00e5 lite tyst en halvtimme innan, s\u00e5 man halvsover och lyssnar. N\u00e4r jag vaknar, utan att ens koppla att jag h\u00f6rt l\u00e5ten, \u00e4r jag alltid p\u00e5 super hum\u00f6r. Eller f\u00f6r det mesta i alla fall.
